Palmer Cemetery has opened its gates for local artists to display their artwork. This is an opportunity to experience local talent. All artwork is for sale by the artists.

Welcome to Fishtown's historic Palmer Cemetery, a Philadelphia Historic Commission Landmark trusted to the community of Kensington in 1765 by the family of Anthony Palmer, the founder of Kensington. This cemetery is home to a great deal of history going as far back as the founding of our country, and you can read about that history here. Our mission is to maintain and improve these burial grounds so that Palmer Cemetery will forever survive as a memorial to the people of our community, Fishtown.
